Great Falls National Park, Virginia
This is in Great Falls National Park, Virginia. The falls are spread out over miles. This is the Potomac River. I believe one of the trails and scenic overlooks is wheelchair accessible. I'm not positive on that though. There are three of them but they're all basically the same. They are right next to each other. The falls parallel the C&O Canal (Maryland side) which has a bike / jogging trail which is a couple hundred miles long with B&B's along the way for several day bike journeys. Kayaking is also allowed on certain parts of the river. Many get rescued and some drown each year.
