Hexagon Module #3 F [Back]
6 Modules are assembled to form the coaster. The modules are folded from 15cm square Korean Duo-coloured papers.
The procedure is quite similar to the Square Module #3 but instead of 90 degrees folds, 60 degrees geometry is applied here. Just like the Square modules, there are many variations. Just by changing the gender of some folds, different patterns can be generated.
The module for this variation is the basic Hexagon Module #3. Only the assembly part is slightly different. This variation looks the same as Hexagon Module #3 D but it is different. They looked the same because Duo-coloured papers are used.
This model was created in 1986 and first published in Modular Origami [self-publication].
