‘Climate Crisis - WILDFIRE!’ Programme co-design &co-production initiative with #MDXPD BA Product Design and BEng Product Design Engineering final year.
The brilliant group of young people from Middlesex University have worked with the collaborative group developing the WILDFIRE! LiiVE Adventure for its debut at LYT on April 1st 2023.
The production is underpinned by current #ClimateScience, future wildfire risk crossing into urban areas & practical #FireSafety. We’ve been lucky to have fantastic expert advisors @roddiekeith Area Commander (Ret) @scottishfireandrescueservice Clmate Scientist - Wildfire - Prof Stefan Doerr Swansea University and Urban Water Management Prof Lian Lundy Middlesex University #CoDesign The overall project is a collaboration between Middlesex University MDXPD SMASH_UK (SMASHfestUK) Copper Candle Phoenix Community Housing Lewisham Youth Theatre funded by British Science Association #RoyalAcademyOfEngineering Royal Academy of Engineering with Wyn Griffiths as Project Lead.
