Bury's 1940's Weekend 2014

Every bank Spring Bank Holiday, the East Lancashire Railway holds a 1940's themed weekend. With events happening at all its stations it is a mixture of dressing up in the era, as well as military vehicles and uniforms of the period. It is a fundraiser for the railway, which relies on public donations to keep their Steam locomotives running to timetables all year round.
