Just rewatching Miss Universe 2006, Zuleyka Rivera of Puerto Rico took the crown that night with Japan , Switzerland , Paraguay and USA as her runners up consecutively. The top 10 are Bolivia , Canada , Colombia , Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago . I think Mexico is one of the strongest that night, not sure why she is not in the top 5. Her catwalk and gown is perfect.
