GENERAL DESCRIPTION

 

MAKS 10125 is a free flowing crystalline odourless powder. MAKS 10125 is a highly effective reducing and bleaching agent.

 

PRINCIPAL USES

 

MAKS 10125 is used as an antichlor in water treatment and desalination plants; in the reduction of wastewater in chrome-plating industry; as a preservative in the manufacture of trinitrotoluene (TNT); as a bleaching agent and for scrubbing sulphur dioxide gas in pulp mills in power plants and for leather treatment. MAKS 10125 is also used as an oxygen scavenger in low-pressure boilers and in the manufacture of detergent, sodium thiosulphate and photographic chemicals.

MAKS 10125 is used in pulp and paper sector, water treatment, boiler water, chemicals and drugs, natural latex rubber, photography, food industry, fibre industry, chlor-alkali, leather industry, explosives, minerals, detergents.
