Steam in South Shreveport

After getting stuck for 15 minutes at the Cedar Grove UP crossing (the train had trouble getting the automatic interlocker to clear), the Empress and the Final Spike Tour steam back up to track speed past the Slack Industrial Park in south Shreveport.
