Knocking Down Noble

The former KCS mainline is still lined with many concrete mileposts, which depict the distance from the railroad's origin: Kansas City. Here, "The Empress" sprints past milepost 617 in Noble, LA as CPKC's Final Spike Tour rolls south towards its next stop of Kendleton, TX.
