Climbing Paisano Pass

Paisano Pass in far west Texas marks the highest point on the Sunset Route at just over 5000 ft of elevation. Here, with the rising sun having just cleared the peaks of the Davis Mountains, UP 7804 climbs the 1% grade with a westbound train of Toyota trucks and international containers.
