Downtube STI cable stop bosses, forwards position. Belt sander drill to fab the bits. Experiment.
I think I need to raise the threaded boss part. 2 options here, fantasy pics are straight or leaning forward. Reality pics included. The straight one will probably be a lot easier to execute.

Thankfully, they are identical enough. Still have to cope them, which is going to be fun, then clean them up and braze them to the downtube.
