It has been a super busy month and its going to get busier! • • This MNC regional team was a great bunch of participants and both Victor and I really enjoyed ourselves conducting this workshop at LiJiang China. It was a diverse representation of participants from the region: Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Czechoslovakia, Shanghai and BeiJing China. • • After the StrengthsFinder workshop, we did a session of Strengths-based consultancy/ coaching for the leader. Change in any organization is an uphill task.
