Ibn Mubarak reported: #Sulaiman ibn #Musa said,

“When you #fast, then let your #hearing, seeing, and #tongue fast from #lies and do not harm your #servants. You must behave with serenity and #dignity. Do not make the days you fast the same as days you are not #fasting.”
