Drumroll please🎼. Alas, the main dish- butternut squash, layered under #eggplant topped with a #portobello mushroom, which was stuffed with herbed soft #cheese. And it was all topped with a combo of crumbled walnuts, garlic, basil, & thyme in olive oil. The sides- my infamous tomato sauce, which was served over #julienne #veggies.
