It’s the hardest thing for me to deliberately stop in the middle of the day between all the things happening, between emails, phone calls, editing, storyboards and the people around me and to simply take things in for a minute. To take a look around and just enjoy all of what’s happening. Every time I manage to get there it makes me incredibly calm and happy. But it’s a struggle to find that mind space sometimes.
