Day of the Dead in LA - Not a Ghost Town / Hidden Homeless

For the first time in memory Downtown Los Angeles was not a ghost town on the weekend -- lots of people in the street (except the homeless). Despite going very near the Skid Row homeless district (on 2 sides) saw very few on the street -- they were however making "extended stay" visits to the restrooms in Union Station and the Public Library.
