LA Regional Connector - "No" Sign / Blocked Views

Big budget project to connect the Metro Gold Line to the Blue and Expo lines. It's needed but visible progress is very slow - not much changed from when last visited about 6 months ago.

 

Most obvious is addition of a huge amount of fabric barriers to block view of the work sites.
