Magdeburg: Leaving for London

My last day in Magdeburg was spent shopping: the pet store was open today and I got to look at all the Euro-pet items.

There was also a gaming store located just down the street. Unlike boring American game shops, this one had a large selection of LARP gear and a nice selection of hard ciders!

The trip over to London was blissfully uneventful. On the flight I noticed a couple of interesting things: an odd mound in the middle of a large farm field and all the maze-like German building complexes (apartments? I'm not sure what they are, but the look neat from the air).
