Wind Mills

Every town seemed to have a small wind farm. These things are -huge- (see other post showing how large the blades are). Again, the Germans seem to be -way- ahead of us as far as energy goes.

 

Instead of massive wind farms, why not have small ones outside small towns and cities instead?
