Joining Bayleys approx 20 months ago, and starting all over again and with no listings , I never thought could be of assistance to so many owners, investors and tenants in facilitating settlement of commercial sales and leasing contracts to ever be on Bayleys top 500 list within a hundred years, let alone be on Bayleys top 100 list within 10 years.
