Historic parkinglot of Uptown Toledo.

I think that it ought to get historically preserved exactly how it is. It needs to be a historical park with talking kiosks to explain the land development history and paving history; advancements in the practices of pavement sealing; the design and manufacture of the lightpoles; plus maybe the crime history if there has been any of that. There could be some picnic tables but preservation needs to be the #1 consideration. It needs to stay frozen in time forever.
