Jupiter am 11.09.2022, aufgenommen gegen 2:45uhr als er mit 41° am höchsten stand. Der Vollmond war da nur wenige Grad entfernt was den Kontrast evtl. etwas beeinflusst hat.

The Lagoon Nebula (also known as M8 or NGC 6523) is a giant interstellar cloud in the constellation Sagittarius, around 4,077 light-years from Earth, give or take.
This image was captured over two hours on an icy and dark night in outback NSW, Australia.

A false image of the Sun as seen at 1039 UTC on Friday, August 27th, 2021. The image has been stacked from 100 frames with an exposure of 10ms and a gain of 23.
The image has been processed in such a way that the common features of the Sun can be seen, prominences, filaments, plages, and sunspots. This, unfortunately, shows the lack of quality, especially in the image around the circumference of the Sun.

It has been quite a while since I did any deepsky images - the attraction of the planets proved too much!
I managed to set up my deepsky system last week and had a few trial runs to see if I could remember what was what!
This image of the beautiful nebulous region around Alnitak, the first (leftmost star) in Orion's belt, was captured last Friday the 20th January. Imaged in bitter cold conditions just before clouds encroached which heralded the arrival of milder but cloudy Atlantic air. The image shows the dark Horsehead nebula with the bright bluish grey reflection nebula NGC 2023 to its bottom left.
The brighter Flame Nebula, NGC 2024 or Sh2-277, an emission nebula, lies below bright star Alnitak in the image.
Imaged with my Esprit 120ED fitted with a field flattener and a ZWO 2600MC camera.
60x180s Gain 100 and Temp -10°C
Temp. matched darks with flats and dark flats for calibration.
Processed using Astropixel Processor and Photoshop 2023.

The southern Lunar region as imaged by a Questar 3.5-inch Quartz Standard f/14.4 Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope with a Celestron Ultima SV-Series 2x Barlow, and a ZWO ASI224MC astro-camera.
The best 41% of 1956 frames captured in SharpCap 4 were pre-processed in PIPP, aligned and stacked in Autostakkert!3, with wavelet application in Registax 6.

El pequeño cráter de abajo a la izquierda es Pinius, en el borde del Mar de la Serenidad. Toda la región montañosa a su derecha conforma los Montes Taurus, que albergan, entre muchos otros, al cráter Romer. Al norte, el gran cráter Posidonius, seguido del pequeño Daniell y despues Grove. Arriba, la pareja Hércules y Atlas y finalmente a la derecha Endymion

Cette nébuleuse émet brillamment en lumière rouge, : l’hydrogène. La dominante rouge et les contours extérieurs sont tous deux dus à l’ionisation de l’hydrogène par un petit groupe d’étoiles situé près du centre de la nébuleuse, l’amas ouvert Melotte 15.
Cet amas stellaire ouvert comprend une poignée de brillantes étoiles 50 fois plus massives que notre Soleil, beaucoup d’étoiles faibles ne représentant qu’une fraction de la masse du Soleil
La Nébuleuse du Coeur se trouve à quelque 7500 années-lumière de nous dans la constellation de Cassiopée.
