Another random shot for my Things On A Fencepost.

Toy Project Day 1921

One some days I don't know which picture to upload first, because I've made so many on my trip, on other days like today I have to look through my unpublished pictures to find something to upload.

Made this in mid-October when we were still waiting for at least a bit of rain.

Toy Project Day 1924

Not bad for an official Speed Champions model.

As I said yestwerday, found the brand new kit for 20€ instead of 25€ at my favourite grocery store.

This thingy has rollerskates as handles - a technique we AFOLs already have been using for some years, now found its way into an official set.

I've used the 4x8 curved slope in the rear for Zombieman's Hoovercar in 2017. Nice idea, bad execution - that snotted lower part has no real connection to the slope, there's always a gap.

I've always complained about too many stickers on SC sets - this one comes with just five. Some ridiculous printed parts, but stickers for the number plate and the 'Charger' logo *sigh*

This car comes with the new rim&tyre in one piece wheels - worst choice ever for a 60s muscle car.

But nice overall.

Toy Project Day 2564

Ve have the modernstes Equipment that you you imagine can! With electrish und so!

If yuo evver need to dispose of a daed body that is not your own, just givve us a call. No kwestions asked, no polise involved, no leegal fuss.

Toy Project Day 1295

Get out of the way!

How far above ground do traffic rules extend? According to Zombie-Man no more than a foot, rules are for those cumbersome tyrebound groundhogs!

Toy Project Day 647

Inspired by the new jungle set, but unwilling to pay 30€, I've made my own half track, just to take it out in the dirt.

Toy Project Day 794

Needle's eye

Mike, my speedo needs a fix. And your door is too narrow, but I got that for you!

Toy Project Day 1288

Uhmm, you mean tomorrow, right?

Yeah, exactly what I said: next year.

Seems I somehow missed Christmas...

Oh, that's still five months to go.

But why next year? And who are all these people?

Because today is the last day of the ninth year of the Toy Project, and tomorow starts the tenth year.

And the people?

Are the protagonists of my silly little stories. Most of them have their own album, and everyone has a name.

So what's the fuss?

I'll show you tomorrow.

You mean - next year?

Oups, sorry. See you next year.

Toy Project Day 3276

The offside of the un-hoovered Hoovercar. With wheels and without jet engines.

Addition to Toy Project Day 1287

Inspired by the hoovercars of Tim Henderson this is my flying two-seater.

The construction took about eight hours, rebuilding and stretching, refining and adding details.

Photographing was another challenge - this thing is just too big, after more than 100 shots I gave up and settled with what I got.

Toy Project Day 645

I have strong reason to believe that this is not your car!

Surprise visit in the girl's garage.

The kitchen isn't officially open, but of course le maître de cuisine does his best for such an honoured guest!

Toy Project 334/365

Dunno about you, but skeletons give me the creeps!

Yeah, brainless creatures.

And the unnatural way they move, staggeringly dragging their feet.

Spooky! Let's go somewhere else.

Good idea - what are we up to?

Braaains!

Ah, yes, nearly forgot. Braaains!!

Toy Project Day 3381,

and happy Reformationstag

The crowd gathering at the bar

Toy Project Day 663

Hi, Santa, what are you doing up here?

Oh, hi George, didn't see you. You know, Christmas is coming up, and I need a bit of training with all these chimneys. This one is wee bigger, so a good place to start.

No need to justify yourself, those presents don't buy themselves. Care for a cuppa?

With biscuits?

Of course!

Give me ten minutes...

-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-

I didn't know until now, that Zombie-Man's name is George, but of course Santa knows.

We're up on the roof of the Brick Bank in Zombie-Man's hideout. See the first two comments for reference.

For those who don't follow me on a daily basis: This is my take on an Advent Calendar - opening 24 doors in my Lego City.

Toy Project Day 3428

To give you an impression where today's door is: Up on the roof of the Brick Bank. This was part of the storyline where Jewell and Cat, with the help of Zombie-Man and Dyna-Mike stole and repainted the Jeep that I've built to have some car to go in all those puddles after a rainy autumn - this is from October 2016. Jewell and Zombie-Man needed a hideout, and built one behind the fake gable of the Brick Bank.

This never got much exposure, as Jewell and Cat moved into the abandoned house, but I always know it's there.

Toy Project Day 449 (reupload)

I'm going a solid two-hundred and that bloody scooter just came out of nowhere.

Two hundred what?

Dunno. Speed!

Addition to Toy Project Day 1287

Facing off against my new imps and zombiemen!

Hey, did you just see that? That speedometer shows a solid two-hundred and he came out of nowhere and overtook me as if I were a bloody ole zombie!

You are an old zombie and your speedo is broken.

Damn! Mike!

Toy Project Day 1287

I always tried to use the first picture of a character, but it wasn't always possible, because some evolved during time, others just weren't alone on their first appearance. Zombie-Man had no such problems, because I made this character shot to introduce him in a short story. And he never chanced much - not in a way you could tell...

I had these pictures ready to fill the July, but then Macro Mondays came along and this seeped over into August.

Tomorow it's back to normal. Uhm, yes, my normal, not yours!

Toy Project Day 3290

Quite persistent, those three. Do you think they're in for another mile?

A certain man with a hat did not check for a second exit...

Toy Project 440/365

Up on the roof of the Brick Bank, the fake gable became a real gable with the small hideout for Jewell and Zombie-Man, back in October 2016.

...and into the fire (*)

Zombie-Man and his sidekick Dyna-Mike come for the rescue of the poor guy in Skittle Town. No Skittlebeer today!

(*) Die deutsche Übersetzung "vom Regen in die Traufe" paßt heute nicht :o)

Toy Project 308/365

A big thank you to everybody out there, following me and adding their faves to my pictures :o)

As I said before, having found an object for a picture doesn't make a good photo. There are 150 + 1 Minifigures in the scene, but I didn't manage to get all of them visible in a suitable picture. So here are the heroes of nearly 500 toy pictures, celebrating 150 followers.

Toy Project Day 496

Yes I know. The Neighbour of the Beast is such an old joke, it's nearly antique.

But what's the thing about neighbours? They are annoying. Especially barbeque, "Grillen" how it's called in german. The odours of a dead, burning carcass - but that wouldn't bother the devil, of course not - that's his job on a daily basis!

But having Pirates and Zombies using your unholy fire for such an profane act as grilling some sausages?

"Verzieht euch, ihr Bagaluten!"

Toy Project Day 667

Impossible Rescue Mission? Nothing is impossible for Zombie-Man!

He fears neither defeat nor death - he is dead already!

Toy Project 307/365

We have a special guest here tonight, a hero, a real Hero, a Super Hero!

Welcome Zombie-Man!

Mr. Zombie-Man, we have all heard about the spectacular rescue in Skittle Town. What was your Motivation?

Braaains!

Ah, yes, I see. I've heard that it was a tricky situation. Mr. Poor Guy was already strapped to the slab, the mechanism ready to inject the serum to liquidate him. Did you have a Plan upon arriving?

Braains!

That's what I call a good plan. You have a partner in crime ... fighting. Dyna-Mike, who loves to blow things up. Anything you can tell us about him?

Braaains!

So he is the thinker of the outfit?

Mike? I can hardly conceal my surprise that you even considered this dim-witted twit. He's not only at disadvantage in terms of height, but misses several pennies to a shilling, not much of a great thinker. If he was the brain, we'd be dead already - well, I am dead, but you know what I mean. He wouldn't find the exit in an empty room! I take care of problems, he takes care of action!

Whut?

Oh, sorry, did I say that aloud? Braaains!

No, no - you can actually talk?

A very thoughtful diet, living off brains. Talking of yours - that should be a nice snack. Mike?

Me blowing up studio? Now?

Yeah, we're done here!

Toy Project 311/365

Da motor is still gud. Who neads a rouf anyway?

Uhmm, the left corner is dragging, andd the cooler is leaking.

Yeah baby, dat's real adventure!

-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-

Saw this pic from Special Ops: Lioness in the newspaper and immerdiately started to build a completely rusted, burnt-out car. The car itself is no more than an H shaped frame with a plate for the seats, but then I added a motor and Zombie-Man came along, liking very much what I was doing.

I wanted a bit of post apocalyptic landscape at the beach, which didn't work out as intended, because wet, rained-upon sand doesn't look like in the movies.

Finally finished my throwback to ID Software’s 1993 PC game classic, Doom. Made from 30,006 LEGO pieces on 14 baseplates and taking three years on and off to complete. The mosaic depicts all monsters and player stats from ‘Knee-deep in the Dead’, the first episode of Doom, and only episode in the shareware release. This initial shareware release was played by an estimated 15-20 million people within its first two years and installed on approximately 10 million computers. Monsters from left to right: Baron of Hell, Spectre, Shotgun guy, Zombieman, Demon, Imp. Share it around to your gamer friends.

Here we see the ninja, another member of the 6Fs stabbing the Sungod, whilst preparing to defend against Zombieman, who is about to claw him. He is using his gold Damien blade and Machete. He also has a Gold combat knife strapped to his helmet.
