Sunrise light on the peaks along this pretty little lake that sits above Lake Lundy along Mill Creek. Located on the western edge of Yosemite National Park.
Saw many of the classic scenes in Yosemite during this visit ... quite spectacular. But also had a lot more fun looking out for small creeks and waterfalls as well. Spent some time here and climbing up this creek (quite steep), as there were many drops along this section. Found many more locations within the park as well.
Really enjoyed the eastern side of the park ... a lot less people there, and even more so this year with all the snow. The damage to all the buildings and lodges from the extreme snow pack has all the lodges (the few that are there in the eastern side) all were closed due to roof collapses all over the place. The amount of snow still there on this side of the park even here in July is the evidence.
Hence a lot of the streams and rivers were flowing very high.
This capture here made with the CPL and 6 Stop ND stacked.
A pretty spot in Yosemite National Park. We had lunch at this spot along the lake shore, so I set up some long exposures while eating :)
