this was a real hard work. we have fight for 5 hours against strong wind, direct sunlight with no skin protection, hot steam that comes out from random holes in the ground, slippery rocks, extreme light variations. some equipment damaged (broken plastic case of a radio trigger, some scratches on a flash), some bad sunburns on the back of my neck and on my arms (and shoulders of the model too!). thanks to Paolo, my new helper ;) :D
all the white "smoke" in this photo is completely natural, it's hot steam (water vapour) that comes out at high temperature naturally from the ground.
strobist info: bare Canon 430EX, full power, camera left, CactusV4 trigger
no photoshop, only lightroom (i shoot only in RAW, LR is the perfect tool) :D

Yoko Littner from Gurren Lagann, a Japanese mecha anime television series.
There are spherical yellow studs on her gloves. Her tall scarf is used to keep a magazine for her gun. There is a white cracked skull hair accessory on the left side of her head as well as two yellow chopsticks that she uses as a weapon.
