Yeah, what?! Today, I celebrate an ornery old cat. This is Reebok. She just turned 19 and has been in the family since a kitten. She has traveled much... SoCal, Berkeley, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and, finally, to her current home in Paso Robles, CA.
She recently retired from her job as the shop cat at The Quiltery (missed by all the customers, but not the lizards she preyed upon) and is spending her golden years protecting the homestead from the neighborhood canines and keeping all of us happy and smiling at the fact that she is still with us.
A bit bowlegged, a bit slower (except at feeding time). But very loved. She is quite camera shy. This is the typical look she gives everyone... just letting us know who's really in charge.
