My audience today were most unimpressed with my efforts so far at the best man speech I have to deliver in just over a week (13th) . I'm struggling. I've got plenty of one liners and been on a zillion speech writing websites but what I need is some funny stuff to make the actual 'real stories' that are hilarious to those who were there, hilarious to those who were'nt . If you can help please let me know ! ... seriously !
Matt (coworker/friend) was watching the Seahawks game in a short room. When the other team fumbled he stood up and threw his arm in the air saying "YEAH!" The ceiling was so low that he punched his fist through it, in his excitement over the fumble. It was a popcorn ceiling so he's got a few scratches and some bruising. His palm is also bruised where his fingers dug into his palm.

Okay this is my video submission for the "Hi I'm..." group. Enjoy, its me in my house playing drums in a shirt that is purple but looks blue. I'm using KP2 Vic Firth sticks for anyone truly interested. And please don't be horrified my awful monotone voice through most of it. But yeah enjoy, this went a lot better than my previous concepts.

Over the past week it's become highly apparent to me that I am pretty much over the daily self portrait thing. Yet here I am on day 227, entirely too stubborn to give up now. For the most part, I like the fact that this project makes me shoot at least one photo every day, and I have been faithful to it this far, but man, I am just not that interested in myself. I know I've already phoned it in on several days, but I don't want to start phoning it in every day. Maybe at some point I'll start getting new ideas or something, and maybe I'll feel motivated by something other than the fact that dammit, I'm going to finish this thing, but right now I'm feeling pretty... meh.

This guy was really getting into it. His dancing partner seemed to be a bit embarrassed at first but then she got into it, too. The floor started filling pretty soon after these guys broke the ice.
