Since many years i was planing a Star Wars Apoca MOC. But never had a good idea what to build.

After i saw the pics from Brickvault Vavin4 tempel i know what to do :-).

Around one year i need to finish this MOC.

Its so sad that i cannot show it in live, because in real it look gigantic.

Many thanks to Boga, Noppi with helping me with some parts.

Thanks for the great inspiration from Brickvault and also to Jerac for his great X/Y Wing MOCs.

"Now where were we? Ah yes, I believe you were surrendering."

I love the Clone Wars 2003 miniseries, more than the more recent Clone Wars that aired in 2008. So much nostalgia and awesome fights. These are the first of many to come from that series.

First up is General Kenobi in his clone armor. This armor is from when he fought Durge on Muunilist with the help of Captain Fordo and his ARC troopers. I used a new clone trooper torso as a base and the rest is painted. I used fabric and electrical tape for his tunic and various armor parts. The hair was sculpted by my friend Billy aka billbobful.

Anakin is a lot simpler where it is pretty much all painted apart from his padawan braid which is made from string. This version of Ani is from when he fought Asajj Ventress on Yavin 4, which is why he is holding her lightsaber.

These pics were taken by my boi Aaron aka LegoMatic9. Been over at his house for a few days.

Anyways hope you guys like it and I have Durge in the works along with a few more figures. I also finished up a walking dead figure which will be post here in a week or so. Thanks everyone!

I have been wanting to build another Yavin 4 MOC for awhile, especially one with a Y-wing (which is my favorite Star Wars vehicle). I decided to use Jerac's design for a Y-Wing because none of mine were turning nearly as nice as his design. If you haven't go check out Jerac his instructions are on Brickvault's website. I used his initial design then modified it to my liking. I wanted to make the base bigger but I ran out of tan pieces. I had so much fun doing this build and I hope you enjoy!

LEGO MOC inspired from Star Wars - a new hope ep4

After a month of work (and many hours looking at the in game map) here is my Battlefront 2 inspired Yavin 4 build. Originaly planned to be much larger (you can see some of that on my YouTube channel @First Order Lego) my key leads when building was making it free form, adding a ruined and overgrown temple with some aztec/yavin towers and using the thousands of inner tire pieces that I got from the pab wall. I'm pretty happy with the end result. What do you guys think? Be sure to comment, like and share with anyone you see fit. Thanks for the support, stay awesome!

The UT-60D U-wing starfighter/support craft also known as the UT-60D, or U-wing, was a transport/gunship model manufactured by Incom Corporation and used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War.

Used to drop troops into battle, and provide cover fire for them, U-wings featured at least one side door which could also be used as a viewport for a mounted blaster cannon.

The wings of the U-wing were retractable and could be positioned forward-facing or backward-facing depending on the situation.

An Alliance Blue Squadron U-wing participated in the Battle of Scarif, in which it dropped reinforcements for the Rogue One squad fighting on the planet's surface and provided close air support.

The U-wing also saw action during the Battle of Jakku as a part of the New Republic Starfleet.

MOC Bio:

This particular ship, (callsign "Rough Rider"), piloted by Lieutenant Haden Amada, is the dedicated transport and close air support of Echo Blue Squad.

A covert Rebel Alliance Strike Command team, Echo Blue is composed of some of the best troops in all the Rebellion.

Led by the grizzled veteran Colonel Bertram Herzan, their mission is to destroy key Imperial positions and neutralize enemy commanders during a battle.

So, ever since seeing the first Rogue One trailer, I have loved the U-Wing. Not only does it have an awesome design, and looks fast, even when sitting still, but it also is something I have wanted to see from Star Wars for a long time: a Rebel Dropship.

After seeing the movie, (which has some really awesome sequences featuring U-Wings), on opening night, I determined I was going to build the U-Wing in full minifig scale.

After completing the ship, I decided to create a diorama for it.

Big thanks to Gary^The^Procrastinator for letting me borrow all his precious dark tan masonry bricks. ;D

Credit to Paul Trach for the wall technique.

This also happens to be my first minifig scale Star Wars build.

As a little bonus, Jyn and Cassian are somewhere in the MOC. Can you find them?

Hope you all like it! :)

Since some years I started different attempts to create y a Yavin IV MOC, something like the never released playset of the Yavin IV temple from LEGO. Inspired by the excellent and lovely Yavin MOC from Hypolite Bricks - Abe Fortier I finally found a building concept to make it to an end. The outer walls are constructed from 5 different types of "large" 6 x 6 x 5 bricks used in different iterations and mirroring / rotations. The same technique is used for the snotted 6 x 6 plates for the front and top sides of these bricks. Other credits go to Brickwright, a modified version of his brilliant minifigure sized Y-Wing suits perfectly. Maybe you like the MOC. I'll build this in real for a local LEGO exposition in my homecountry Luxembourg next summer 2023.

Among the many members of the Rebellion even were some former elite soldiers and mercenaries. Some of the came from the military of their respective home world, which had fallen to the empire, others were former members of Rahm Kota's militia, which fought in the Clone Wars. Together they formed the elite squadron of the Rebel Alliance, tasked with attacks on high value imperial targets or against all odds rescue missions.

Made these for a fig-off against The Bricktor. They are mostly inspired by Rahm Kota's militia seen in The Force Unleashed.

Star Wars - Yavin 4 Rebel Base. I imagine the rebels used a few of these, especially since we saw a few of them in the new trailer for episode 9.

Here are some pictures of my Yavin 4 MOC based off of Battlefront 2. For an in-depth go check ouf my YouTube channel for a full video. All comments and follows much appreciated :)

Dedicated to all Battlefront II players.

"Welcome to Yavin 4....There are cells gathered here from every corner of the galaxy."

―Rebel Captain Garazeb Orrelios

Yavin 4, also known as Yavin, was the jungle-covered fourth moon in orbit around the red gas giant Yavin Prime.

Prior to and during the Galactic Civil War, it hosted the headquarters of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, a group of resistance fighters that opposed the dominant Galactic Empire.

Following a major battle that took place around Yavin, the Alliance went on the run, and eventually relocated its headquarters to Hoth.

The surface of Yavin 4 was divided into several continental masses, two of which were Starloft and Wetyin. Notable natural formations included Massassi Valley, Skygazer Hill, and the Ferra Groves. The verdant world had a comfortable, temperate climate but a challenging ecosystem and dangerous predators.

The moon's landmasses were covered by dense jungles and rain forests whose flora included purple-barked Massassi trees, grenade fungi, bioluminescent orchids, and climbing ferns. Yavin 4 also had swampy areas.

The moon, however, was completely lacking in any mineral resources of significance.

An early morning on Yavin 4, everyone’s still sleeping, first rays of sunshine paint the mist over the jungle with rich magenta. Running the morning checklist on the Millennium Falcon, Chewie’s favourite moment of the day. And coffee, they have really good coffee on Yavin 4.

I’m still busy with work, just a few days more to the deadline. Last week we made a little trip with the family, I took the time to read a book during it, I felt I needed some extra relaxation. Of all the books in the world, I chose to read 1984 by George Orwell. I have read it before – in 1984. I remember it was quite chilling, but now, 35 years later, I am devastated by it. What a book!

I needed something to lighten me up so I dug up an unfinished photograph from last year and quickly edited it to take my mind off things.

"It's where all the idealists hang out, I hear"

―Han Solo to Luke Skywalker

Yavin 4's large, sprawling tropical jungles teemed with an abundance of life.

It is almost a rite of passage for a Star Wars and Lego fan to build an X-Wing. I have been creating versions since 1978, striving to build the ultimate, perfect X-Wing, and have witnessed the constant evolution of Lego X-Wing models.

This is my latest creation after a 40 year building journey.

I hope you enjoy my contribution, and that it inspires your own creations! Feel free to ask any questions in the comments.

So I've had this designed for over a year now - there are almost no changes from Hera's X-Wing I posted a while back. But with the Stud.io renders I was able to put together some fun pictures. If you have some questions about proportions or size the answer is that it is all measured - the engines could, in theory, be half a stud more wide but no more than that.

The design is Luke's ANH X-Wing, based mostly off of the hero model. But all of the strange colour choices are motivated by that specific prop.

Built for SWFactions

Digital rebuild of the the excellent Y-Wing MOC from Brickwright, I need a minifgure sized Y-Wing for a Yavin IV MOC. Thank you for the instructions. :-)

I made some modifications to Brickwright's MOC, besides of that I replaced the rare finger hinge plates and some other rare parts (white Dome).
