Originally in 2005, Chung was based off the original ending of Streetfighter II. Meaning she would be a normal girl. But 2010, I decided Lynnie would a MUTANT or SUPER-POWERED version of Chun-li.
This is why Chung L is apart of DragonBall Xenoverse2.
Victor Jr(Scar) in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2_2019
Before Victor Jr's game appearance, I create Gather, KuuKuu, Gudbye and Gudfriend (reverse order btw). Though I liked the other characters, when I saw a strike super of android 21's blades) that allowed me to create Scar.
I had to create him to join his parents in the game. His first Ultimate attack is Kamehameha Rose (To MOCK my good family's Ultimate attack inspired by Ryu's Shinkuu Hadoken of the X-men vs Streetfighter game in '96 - this is BEFORE I WATCHED the DRAGONBALL series).
His "younger" brother Will Jr has Goku Black's sword ultimate (secondary) while Sword of Hope (third) is an alternate version of Will Jr. His first Ultimate is the Warp Kamehameha (of course). HALF of Will Jr's POWERS are based on Iczer one and Demitri Maximoff (Non-vampire).
March 1, 2024 we lost the "spark" that was Akira Toriyama.
My main character of my aspiring comic: William Kight in Dragonball Xenoverse2 and Streetfighter 6 with Son Goku in the center.
After Ryu used this attack in X-men vs Streetfighter '96, I knew I had to give my Main this attack. I believe Ryu's attack in the Marvel (related) VS Capcom games was inspired by Goku.
Seeing Goku's struggle to become his "First" transformation (Super Saiyan) I became a fan of the series during the early 00s.
In High School, I based William off the "irresistible force"(ex. Goku).
When I was creating the concepts of my comics in High School, I noticed American mainstream comics didn't have the old Kung-fu movies' martial arts[wire-fu] in them.
This is how I WOULD have been different until the 90s when Akira Toriyama 's comic came to America. Mr. Toriyama had beaten me to the idea.

William K in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2_2017. When I was playing Samurai Shodown in the '90s, I liked Charlotte Christine de Colde especially her "Splash Fount" which reminded me of SNK's other character Joe.
I felt "Splash Fount" would be one of William's special attack in my comic/game series which is why he has the Mach Punch in Xenoverse2 while Maximus(black "chara" based off me) would have Real Bout Fatal Fury2 Joe Higashi's "TNT Punch" -like special attack
