I bet many of you know about the organization called Invisible Children & this whole thing about Kony 2012. Well, I went into watching this video. At first, I thought it was just a really long boring stupid video. A video that I would eventually forget, but I was wrong. It's a video about these children in Africa that are being abducted overnight and being forced to be soldiers in Kony's army or "wives" for his officers. . This has been going on for 26 years and no one has done anything about it. Not many were even informed about this until now 2012. Over this long expansion of 26 years Kony and his army has abducted over 30,000 children, and displaced over 2.1 million. I just can't even imagine how someone could even do this for 26 years. This picture is for those "invisible children" because they truly are invisible. If this ever happened in the United States, the whole world would know. But guess what, we are the future of our world, and we can make a change by simply spreading the word. I encourage you to watch that video or pledge here. I somehow want to be the change for my world as it grows. I want my kids to feel like my generation did something important, and maybe by doing this you can do that. Our world can be a peaceful place, but it's our decisions that do that. I say we can make our world better and make Kony famous for being one of the world's worst criminals.

I hope you all enjoy this photo. This photo truly has meaning to it and I hope everyone can see that. I hope you all can feel for the children that are invisible when you look at this photo. Well, I hope this inspires. It's been so lovely here. Have a fantastic day everyone! :)

Joseph Kony is the worst living criminal. He abducts children and hands them guns to kill other people, even their parents. He uses the girls as sex slaves. The children he abducted are called the Lord’s Resistance Army, also known as, The LRA. He has abducted over 30,000 children and uses them as kid soldiers in Central Africa. He remains at large because he is practically invisible to the whole world. That’s why we’re making him famous. Let us make him famous to stop his crimes.

Pues ya que económicamente no puedo ayudar a esta organización para intentar acabar con este hombre, Kony, traigo este póster para apoyar a todo el mundo que sigue a invisible children.

The Kony 2012 campaign has been trending for a few months now, and last night (the 20th) was the "cover the night" event, where people are encouraged to put up posters everywhere around the nation. For those of you who don't know what Kony 2012 is, go here to learn more. Because of a project due Saturday morning, I couldn't do the cover the night event, so Tessa and I did it a day late. This was one of our more unique postings on campus. We bought 100 pages of red paper and put them put around the Clark building. Hopefully they are still there on Monday, there were already some posters ripped down from the day before, which was a little sad to see... I guess I'll find out on Monday if it's still there. View this photo on my website here: www.noahclark.org/?20120422

Help us bring Joseph Kony down! If you don't know who he is, go here: www.kony2012.com/

We need all the voices we can get to save these African children!

Help end the Lord's Resistance Army. Joseph Kony has been taking children out of their homes at night and forcing them into sex slavery and forced military for years. If no one else will do something about it, then LET'S STOP HIM. Go to the website and watch the video. It'll tell you how.
