I am not a body, but an accumulation of pulveratricious brain cells; a favillious array enclosed within. I am not a commodity, for I am not here; rather a phenakism of an absolute. I am not.

It has been quite some time since I have uploaded any images to Flickr but this one felt like it was too wonderful not to share. Three months now in Yellowstone, almost, and the whole experience has been challenging and wonderful. With all of the wolves that have been killed by hunters, there aren't many left in the park right now. The Lamar Canyon has not been heard of for a while and the valley feels desolate - like the Valley of Hell. And there has been a lot of death by natural causes too. Pretty rough place so how can it be so wonderful. Well, it is and I feel blessed to be here now.
I have only written a couple of blog posts since arriving in Yellowstone but just wrote one today - hope that you can check it out - debydixonphotography.wordpress.com/2012/12/26/spending-ch...
And the really great news is that I am writing a bi-monthly travel photography column for National Parks Traveler and my latest one came out just yesterday - While you are checking it out be sure to look for my first one from four weeks ago - I am very proud of it. Hope that everyone had, is having, a great holiday. www.nationalparkstraveler.com/2012/12/photography-nationa...
As my travel life has been for quite a while now, there aren't enough hours in the day - I live and breathe exploring Yellowstone, taking photos, editing photos and writing. There is nothing else going on in my life and I could not be happier. Did I say this already? I uploaded about 25 new images, all taken in the past week.
