When I saw his photo, something growing in my mind, I want to see in different way.I want him to be in Pop art, especially in my own style of pop art, WPAP. So here we are, I hope You all enjoy it.
(Wedha's Pop Art Portrait) a native Indonesian pop art genre founded by Wedha Abdul Rasyid, a senior artist and illustrator from Indonesia. One characteristic of this type of pop art is the use of colors which is unusual, and commonly has a strictly vertical / horizontal and diagonal of lines or shapes. The concept of photo tracing in WPAP is a “dignified” tracing, where pop art images referring to a photograph, but through a process of improvisation and a certain impression that the work produced has a unique artirtic value.
Membuat WPAP tidaklah mudah, butuh ketelatenan, memahami benar karakter warna. Tidak akan pernah sempurna membuat WPAP. Harus terus berlatih agar mendapatkan mood yang diinginkan.

May 6, 126/365 (1222/1461)- Thank God It's Flying Fisheye Friday here at school today. My student video production staff decided to raise money for students affected by the tornados across the south last month. In a few hours, starting at daybreak here, they raised more than $5,000 with the help of WPAP radio to donate to the Red Cross!
Anyone that says high school kids are too self-centered to care about others has not seen these kids in action . . .
Title: "The Cattleman"
Artist: Harold Dow Bugbee
Year: 1934
It is an oil on canvas that was commissioned specifically for the Panhandle Plains Museum where it is still located. It was funded by the WPAP, and is one of eight murals located in the PPHM lobby. It is located on the east wall of the lobby along with two others.
Just to make it clear, I have placed this photograph in my Texas Post Office set only because it is a WPA mural; the lobby to the PPHM was never a post office, and these murals never were housed in a post office.
My student video production staff wanted to do something good before they graduated. Now at the last minute they decided to raise money for students across the Southeast affected by the tornados a few weeks ago. Between donations and a few other things they raised more than $5,000 in a few short hours this morning. Great job!
