Today is warmer... thank goodness!

The past few days I have been listening to this wonderful accordionist from the 20's/30's, Alfred Montmarquette... he is wonderful, I suggest everyone listen to his songs!

scarf: SalvA (although, now that I'm looking at this photo I don't think I like it at all with these shoes!!)

daisy flower pin: I can't remember, maybe it was my mum's mum?

shirt: UrbnO

skirt: Uncommon Objects

tights: h&m

shoes: a vintage store near Uncommon Objects, I really have no idea what the name of it is

I know I am breaking some rules here.....but I liked it.

I'm the type of person that takes a break from editing photos by editing more photos - in this instance, I KNEW I wanted to get at least one submission into the #AdamsPhotoChallenge this month, but I knew that my time would be crunched. I'm so glad I was able to (even if it's just a little last minute)!

This photo challenge was pretty fun, and definitely a great way to break up the workworkwork of every day photography!

Strange, Strange this man. Noone really knows how he ended up in the Asylum again. One day he just returned. He doesn't talk much either. Always in his Lab, in his Surgery. The screams, in agony mostly ignored by the Inmates and staff. Whispers behind closed doors, Rumors about the strange case of Dr. Christian Braun...

A little bokeh with wine, or wine with my bokeh...or just plain whining. Don't ask. I won't tell.

I don't know how I navigate this, but somehow, it happens.

Hello everybody. I haven't forgotten about you, I promise. I have just been so so busy lately. Same old excuses erggh sorry. Taking this was fun, we've had several lessons on lighting recently and I was trying a couple of lights/ reflectors kind of a thing, nothing special haha. Covered in glitter, I keep finding it in my hair. I have also spent way too long editing this and it's making my eyes hurt. Flickr seems to have made some of the detail disappear hmmm. I will catch up as soon as i possibly can. Thankyou for your loveliness <3

"I like the way you've let your hair go curly," he finally said. "Suits your personality. Lots of energy, not much control, sexy as hell,"

Last week I was on vacation in San Francisco, to visit Ben and enjoy a much needed break from workworkwork. One evening was spent in the company of Julian Cash, who brought over all his light painting tools for an evening of shooting edible light portraits. We shot film and Julian shot digital. It was a lot of fun, and I want to try this again.

More photos from San Francisco to come....

School starts next week. Not sure how I feel about that. It's my senior year so I have to do really well. Lets hope I don't get senioritis!

A double meaning here. The picture explains itself well enough, but this also applies to my life at the moment. I planned to quit my job this year and pursue my art, photography in particular, but i did not. Now I am slowly and with much frustration trying to keep my creative work going, while working at my menial jobs. Now I have 2. I feel suffocated and have no time to do what I'd like and then tend to plan the time I have poorly, or piddle it away on the internet researching possibilities, or worse, comparing myself to working photographers, UGH!!!! So, let me say now I may be sporadic around here. I hope those few who still follow me, will hang on and be patient, while I try to sort things out. My friends here are not forgotten.

The scarf is not edited.

Maybe I went a little overboard with the colors here, I dunno.

It took me forever to get this shot, but I'm pretty happy with it(:

Rehearsal this week has been insane, thank goodness for the weekend.

But school starts again on Monday, waaah

Workworkwork all the time, but I'm purchasing a huuuuge print of Evan's, I'M SO EXCITED

Anyway, I'm going to go eat forever, I love you guys too much for words <3
