I am working through some of my issues. I have been through a very rough time this spring/summer and my artwork has kept me going.

Charlotte is hanging out with some really cool friends that I found in Maine last summer. They are made by the clothing company Flax.

when I was laying the wool I thought this would be side A. Hearts for a sweet and very loved baby. After felting the result wasn´t like expected, still good, but the other side was better.......

From the cover of a free magazine at the grocery store. The colors caught my eye, so I did a color inspiration page in my art journal.

first layer of this in total 5 layer stencil

The part that forms the strap goes all the way to the lower back and then joins together side by side. This will be a very open backed dress when it's done, with corset style lacing for some adjustable fit.

The first coat is done, but at this point I decide to take down the redundant second curtain rail and then paint the bit of ceiling over the window seat the same colour as the walls.

This is the center panel of the quilt. I hope to get it all pieced together soon--thinking about quilting it myself but it is 98x105!
