Finished out Bully's head today.

Bully went to the vet today for surgery to cut out a tumor on his tail. Thankfully, they didn't have to amputate the whole tail and he is able to come home tonight.

Here's the third proof of the work in progress. Close to done I think. The blank on the left is room for CD title and other tidbits.

This is a model which my daughter made whilst in Nursery. She said that it was me!.

I pressed heated forma foam ( memory foam) into the face and I hope to use the imprint to print on to paper and fabric. I could get very excited about the possibilities of this product. It seems to be mostly used for taking imprints of natural products, such as leaves. Angie uses embroidered Indian fabrics from which to take an impression. ... but what about using your own stitching or mixed media piece..... it's almost like a collograph in reverse.

So I've been toying with the idea of poses for a long time. nothing animated, just expressive emotional poses for pictures. I'll be doing singles, and couple poses. I'll post them as I finish them. I'm no good with advertisement ads. anyhow preview of first pose creation. I need some tips on how to keep the pose from moving..so any tips are welcome. thanks Lexia

So since last time the model in it's theory and ideas has come along way. Basically, I've took apart the whole thing!

I've decided that seeing as the whole pan for this model is to be a display for several vintage castle sets I'm buying, it really deserves (and needs) a little more stability and finesse than plates on baseplates, while still giving off that Classic Castle vibe.

Because of this, I've been spending a lot of time over the past few days on LDD working up a digital version of the ideas in my head. I love this because it means I can just 'workshop' the thing rather than buying loads of bits only to not need them. I'll be posting pictures of where I'm at with that shortly.

So in between LDD and my drawing board I had a play at some landscaping again, incorporating some of the ideas and greenery from A Hurried End. These are the results!
