A sign of this corona era, working from home.
Stay safe and healthy everyone.
Have a relaxed Sunday ;-)
A lobster fisherman docked in front of his house in Birch Harbor, Maine. Less than 100 yards across from him is the fishery where he unloads and sells his catch each day when he returns.
For Macro Mondays this week's theme is: 'Plastic'. I choose this little plastic duck, who is working from home.... Happy Macro Mondays/ HMM
Went for a walk with my misus and her daughter today, this was taken just before we left, it was a cold day as it had snowed all night.
Purely fictitious domestic conversation:-
He: Don't let the kids into my study darling, I brought home some classified stuff from the office!
She: Classified information? Oh God. BTW Sonny was playing with your iPhone this morning. He wanted to do what Siri said.
He: Don't worry, darling, I don't give my password to Sonny.
She: Don't need it, he held the phone up to your face and said "Smile, Daddy". You did and wondered how the picture turned out!😀
Doing some work from home – but for a change working in some lovely warm spring weather. The view from our kitchen is beautiful at this time of year. Taking a break with a cup of coffee. Hope your day is just as sunny.
Just wanting to give a "hello" to companies and heads of the different work forces to advise them how IMPORTANT family time is!

I've been working from home since New Year and Ella's taken up residence on my lap which is quite lovely but, as you can see, makes it just a little awkward to reach the keyboard :-) Bless.
Well working from home has its benefits when a lovely specimen like this drops into your front garden!!
Thank you so much for looking at my images!!
My office assistant Toffee likes to keep on top of the paperwork.
(Luckily found a second charger so back to using my 'big camera'.

It’s been a hard couple of weeks and I think Lindsey has just about had enough of work. She is taking Friday off as compensation for overtime, and we are going to the beach for a long weekend. An ocean front balcony room at the Hilton should do her wonders.
(She had no idea I took this shot.)
A working breakfast !
The pandemic has changed our lives in many ways -
Some for the good; some well maybe not.
Alcohol abuse has increased during the coronavirus pandemic, according to the British Liver Trust, which has reported a 500% rise in calls to its helpline since lockdown began in March.
Stay safe, get vaccinated when you can.
The vending machines are all empty for some reason. Oh well, at least most people are working from home and don't have to use them.
:Not my mug, but my husbands. Here's to all the amazing teachers out there, making it work for their kids. Getting lesson plans ready for them online, and putting in just as many hours at home as they do in the classroom.

I'm working from home, while I still can! and Olive loves it, she wants to 'help' and bring me toys, stare at me at the table, lie on my feet, go outside and chase birds, nudge my leg and generally make her presence known. She very cute and hard to resist. Evie is unfazed, lets me know when she wants something but generally dozes, as do the cats.
A bit of levity during our deadly pandemic.

This photo is to commemorate my time working at home on an animated series in 2020.
In the early stages of production, it is essential to be on-set or in the Motion Capture Studio to capture the performance of the actors. After these initial stages of an animated series or film, it is easy to work from home for the remainder of a project.
All of this is made possible by working with a core team of competent responsible people with the same vision, and a good Producer to keep the communication flowing. There are some challenges, but I don't miss rush hour traffic. All the extra hours that you gain, actually leads to increased productivity.
By sharing project recourses in the cloud, and being able to log in to the render farms and servers when needed, finally allows one to work remotely.
A compilation featuring snippets of the projects done remotely:
