When you ever have the chance to travel in a red hot air balloon, please, do.....
I spend last weekend with two of my friends and we did a bicycle tour and floated over the centre of the Netherlands in a red balloon.
It's spectacular, fun, amazing!
The world above is silent, almost airless, and you will get another view on the world.

Not everybody welcomes the process of enhancing photos after clicking the shutter, I just found this image in my old files. I hope I still have the strength to do such finishing moves for the next photos I will be shootin.
For the OCA Flickr Challenge, My workflow from the original image is show below:
1. Colour Balanced the image more to my personal taste, and played with curves a little to adjust brightness
2. Duplicated the layer, converted to black and white, then reduced the opacity until I was happy with the saturation of the image (my different way of reducing saturation, but I like the result it gives)
3. Duplicated original layer, added film grain, set mode to overlay and reduced opacity until I was happy with the level of grain.
4. Repeated process but added layer mask for the candle and holder, as this bit needed more grain to show up.
5. Cropped square as I preferred this for the image
6. Burned in the edges to add a slight vignette, dodged some of the highlights in the image
7. Enlarged Canvas and coloured off white for bit of a polaroid effect. Gave the image the diffused edge (using plugin) to help create this effect.
