One evening after work, Ngan took me for a motorbike ride around Rach Gia. I can't tell you how much fun it was to be whisked around town, living like a native, if only for a few hours.
Locals will often just drive around, stop at a street vendor and buy their food without getting off the bike. Like a city-wide drive through. This guy sold soft-boiled eggs of some kind. They look like quail but she didn't know the English word for it.
