Meh nothing special, just felt like building a vig, after failing at attempting to build a Apocapunk vehicle.

I wanted to do an homage to LEGO set 6075 Wolfpack Tower from 1992, making it a good bit larger but keeping that Classic Castle feel.
A pair of bison sprint across the Yellowstone plains, while in the background, a wolfpack tries to figure out what dinner will be after an unsuccessful attack on the bison pair.
I made a winter visit to Yellowstone, and on one of the days attended a wildlife tour by snowcoach. The highlight of the trip occurred in the first hour, when we encountered a distant wolfpack about 5 miles north of Old Faithful. As excited as I was to see the wolves, the real excitement lay ahead, as it was apparent the wolves were intently focused on something as they stalked northward. That something soon became evident, as an isolated pair of bison wandered into the open from the trees.
Bison are much larger than wolves, and are a challenging and risky meal. My guide told of a wolfpack that had taken down a bison, but it took 8 hours and 8 wolves were grievously injured or killed in the process. So common sense would tell you the wolves should find another meal. But this pack of wolves, at 15 adults, was feeling confident, and it was quickly apparent they were going to try it on. The action took place more than a half mile away, so it was hardly worth even taking photos. 11-12 wolves surrounded the bison while the remaining few set a perimeter. The bison were harrassed into running, and they ran down into a gully and were out of sight for several minutes. Were the wolves successful in taking one or both down?
After a few minutes, a wolf walked out of the gully, then another, and another. I suspected they had backed off the bison, which was confirmed when the bison appeared out of the gully moments later. Anxious to put distance from the wolves, the bison broke into a run. Bison can run up to 35mph, which seems hard to believe when you see them grazing around Yellowstone. These bison weren't at 35, but they were HAULING! For a heart stopping moment they were running almost directly at me, but they veered away at about 500 feet to run down the park roadway. Once on the road, they ran flat out until they rounded a bend and were out of my sight.
I suspect that, seeing the two isolated bison, the wolves wanted to see if either were sick or injured. Upon finding out both were fully healthy, they wisely gave up.
On our way out of the Walk of Fame I bumped into these lovely ladies and asked for a shot. They were nice enough to do a quick group shot for me, even though they were obviously on their way somewhere (I'm assuming a shot with one of the actors).
The cave opened up via a tri-fold. This was the first time I tried this and I really liked how it worked out. I wonder if that guy ever got the barrel off his head?
This is a cave that I built for the wolfpack for Colossal Castle Contest II, way back in the day. I'm moving some stuff over from Brickshelf, that's why this is so old.

IAmHowleen Shopping at the maul on #BlackFrightday can be as scary as a facing off again a zombie hoard making their way down the halls of Monster High but, according to @CWDesigns the deals are always worth. I'm not sure I or @TotallyClawsome really believe her at this point but I hardly ever get the chance to shop with my older sisters so that alone was worth the trouble ;3

So inspired was I by Tru's coining & usage of Grimstagram that I had to shoot something in that style myself. I was unsure of what until I fell head over heels for Clawdia & thought up the idea for them to make a run in the shops for 'Black Frightday'. Unfortunately I couldn't find my own Clawdia before I needed her (and while she might be out today two important people convinced me to stay home due to the pandemonium ) but I'm very, very thankful that my friend Jen allowed me to borrow hers for the picture.
Clawdia is in the trapeze dress from Top Model Teresa, an outfit that wasn't the original intention (all the sisters in pleather jackets) but worked out great, while Howleen is in head to toe Bratz & Clawdeen is in a mixture of Bratz & Juku couture pieces with a Hottiez necklace.
