The two strongest demon princes battle in the Abyss!

Rather vicious fiends of the Abyss, Abyssal Eviscerators are known for tearing their prey limb from limb!

He's a champion of rock-throwing.

Getting Wardlings photos out of the way because I did a poor job with so many of them.

Harshnag is a rare benevolent Frost Giant, and a member of the Gray Hands adventuring party - known for causing tons of collateral damage in their acts of heroism. Harshnag plays a major heroic role in Storm King's Thunder, and also one of the "bad ex-wife joke" trio.

Nothing about it makes sense!

Some spells exist just so you can be melodramatic.

Don't let his scary appearance fool you, he's a noble soldier!

Elite warriors of the high elves bond with Griffons to form the air cavalry!

He kills you with theater!

These horrific creatures rule the desert!

These intelligent four-armed Girallons serve a cruel jungle god!

C'est en fait une plante, la forme juvénile des arbres tangents de Dagobah.

Despite their brutish nature, these orcs can fly with the wind!

It's just going to give him a little bit of advice...

These horrible creatures devour and replace dragon eggs!

It's your very own invisible magic butler!

One of the most successful crime syndicates in the City of Waterdeep, few in the Xanathar Guid know that their boss is a Beholder. This is not the same photo as the previous one. It uses the actual "Xanathar" miniature, rather than the Be\holder who was clearly meant to be Xanathar, but not specifically named Xanathar. That happens sometimes.

Metallic dragons are good! And Silver Dragons are some of the goodest of them all. Noble, wise, beautiful, they are actually fairly likely to ally with the players - Silver Dragons have enough of a sense of justice to help out. They breathe frosty cold as a breath weapon, similar to evil White Dragons.

An aberrant amalgamation of all that it absorbs.

These holy celestial beasts commit deeds of justice across the planes!+

"Zipperfaces breed by making new skins and zipping their screaming victims into them."

...Did... did they put a gimp suit into Dreamblade? Yes, yes they did. No special powers, it's pretty vanilla... and wow. This is disturbing, creepy, and... well, disturbing. Gee thanks, folks!

He is Lord of the Wild Hunt. Never stand in his way.

She is a very genteel lady... until you get her angry.

Has been watching his hoard for fifty years.

She fights without the third dimension!

Fun scene with my son's figures collection.

Chimerae in Dungeons & Dragons swap out the snake head for a dragon head. This one is part Black Dragon.

He isn't exactly holy. Let's be honest, here.

This is my vacation selfie.

If you mistake this for a discarded cloak, it is your own damn fault.

That celestial party has no chance!

Despite their crude gear, their arrows hit hard enough.

Always finding new ways to do mischief!

We did a Return to Ravnice block draft during lunchtime at work today. Dragon's Maze, Gatecrash, and Return to Ravnica boosters. 7 players. We did the drafting today, and will play out the matches over the next couple of weeks or so. Should keep us busy during lunch.

Green Slaadi have surprising control over magic.

Orc gods are warlike.

One of the more obscure demon types in Dungeons & Dragons, the Cerebrilith is a psychic fiend that devours first your mind and then your brain! Although their brains are exposed through the bone cages over their foreheads, Cerebriliths are not fragile little creatures - far from it, they were a pretty good addition to the D&D bestiary, especially as enemies of psionic heroes.

Cerebriliths especially hate intelligent mortals, and go out of their way to attack them. This makes them similar to many of the people I know down here in the South.
