I enjoyed some toast with Mascarpone cheese with two fresh figs and coffee with frothed non-fat milk for breakfast. I need to walk more today than yesterday. I didn't even walk 2000 steps yesterday and had gained 2 pounds this morning. I'm so happy that my FitBit helps me keep track of activity. :D
