I have no idea what this colorful wire was used for, but it sure looks cool. I found it on the street in Amsterdam.
I'm always trying to create something original. I think that I never saw a dandelion photo like this.
I will be really glad for your comments on whether you like it or not and why.

I haven't been on the wired blog for almost four years. Oddly enough
their geekdad segment picked up a story on our papercrete battery room.
The skies were ominous and gray and spooky on my way home from work today. I made it home just before a torrential downpour started, 10 minutes after this photo was taken. Close call.

New camera! It's cool! Computers? Not so much. I spent most of last night trying to figure out what the hell was going on inside the big box of electricity. Just give me the damn pictures, ok computer? I know you just wanna make folders all day, but I have enough. Thanks anyways.
Oh yeah, this picture is enormous. Best viewed small. Really really small. Check out the thumbnail actually.
A set of pins I made in wire. While I know my wire work isn't exceptional, I wanted to post these to encourage people to try this out. All you need is some wire (I used some silver wire from the bead store and some 12 guage copper wire from Home Depot), some pliers and wire cutters. A metal file helps too. For the tools, I used my Leatherman. The resulting pins can hold on a cloak or close a neckline or hold up a chiton.
