The RADIO folder in the upper right contains my blogging tool, Radio Userland, posting templates and assorted other blog items. Notice it's orange -- FlyakiteOSX allows you to color folders, like Mac.
I like to keep my Start and Taskbar at the top and my drive partitions icons and most used folders at the bottom where they won't be covered by application windows.
I came to XP via 10 years on Mac, if you wonder why I bother. Still not a Mac, though.
I am getting slightely annoyed by these Windows XP crashing in the Metrobus (Mexico City). These are two different shots combined.

I started installing a fresh copy of WindowsXP last night within Parallels on my MacBook. Ugh. The pain, the agony, the endless downloads of security updates never seem to end! (Especially since I was installing from WinXP SP 0)
Got this wonderful BSOD, Blue Screen Of Death while trying to print a Word document containing a Visio image. Guess what! #Fail! Sysadmin fixed it though. Kudos!

The idea seemed good at first... but it doesn't look quite right.
On a high note, I used #WORKAREAWIDTH# for the first time. I feel so accomplished because it adjusts to different screen resolutions and stays centered. : D
