#sliderssunday
Maybe not an obvious slider, but a slider this definitely is. It's a single image HDRified in HDR Efex and further sled in Color Efex. Image taken on a dark and grey day with the Lumix LX100 during a photowalk with Sabine.R at the Spandau Citadel back in February 2019. So far I've only uploaded one image from that walk (please see the first comment), because I'd never been happy with most of the images.
The "Zitadelle Spandau", a Renaissance fortress built in the 16th century (1559–1594) by Italian architects around an already existing medieval castle, is a difficult place to photograph, with a huge (and very empty) court which today is used for open air concerts. Another version of the above image, which shows the Citadel's harbour that was built around 1700 in the course of the redesign of the Bastion Crown Prince, sat, processed and ready for upload, in my LR catalogue since ca. March '19. When I flipped through the catalogue, I stumbled upon this image and decided yesterday to newly develop it for today's Sliders Sunday.
HSS Everyone, stay safe and take care!

Perhaps the top tourist attraction in Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown these days....decorated for the Chinese New Year.
One of my pics of Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown which I forgot to post earlier. Thought that my photostream could do with a splash of colour :-))
After yesterday's huge domed ceiling, this is something more human in scale. They had actually arranged and fixed old window shutters on the ceiling of the entrance portico of a club or restaurant in Legian, Bali.

In the morning the yellow sun was lighting up, here and there, the sleepy windows. I like to follow up and down the streets and think about the people who lived here long time ago. I enjoyed walking until my feet led me suddenly come to a dark corner. I got lost…. Where is my map? - Where are the sleepy windows?
