despite the current bad weather brought about by tropical storm usman, some shoppers are still frolicking through this transient bazaar at a popular park in metro manila. a lull from the continuous rains provided some time for me to take some snap shots of this moment

of red shoes. With the weather so cold and wintery and all of us still wearing coats, hats, gloves and scarves in April, I wonder if there will be any more well known names disappearing from the High Street?
