There was an art fair in town, as you can likely tell from the reflections up top, but it was the display of Pokemon merchandise in the store window that attracted the attention of these young gentlemen.

The fascinating & beautiful ruins of Glastonbury Abbey, UK, provided me with a glimpse of the city beyond through one of its remaining windows. One can only imagine how glorious this abbey must have been before it was destroyed!
This window is on a Baptist Church in Richmond County, Virginia. I don’t know what kind of window treatment this is, but it isn’t stained glass. It needs a little TLC.

An old window at Eksjöhovgård (lit. Oak lake manor). And note the thickness of the walls!
The manor is situated just outside of the town Sävsjö, built in the 1650s by Carl Mauritz Lewenhaupt (who died with the title of field marshal in 1666). But it was not completed by the time of his death and his family could not complete the project. It saw substantial remodelling in the 1730s (including the tearing down of the top floor - so it is now a two storey structure). In 1812 the copper roof was sold and the manor quickly deteriorated - as buildings with no roof on tend to do...
