My household bird trap continues to pay off and today we had a goldfinch visit us on the porch. She was flitting around quite a bit but I just focused on the windchime and waited for her to land for a moment.

Decided to go outside to take some pictures, well its cold out there. I did manage to get a few pictures taken before my hands got too cold.

I don't know what this is or the purpose of it, but we were driving back from Dubbo and pulled over to take a photo of it. It's absolutely colossal and so majestic. I feel like it's something out of a Dali painting.
walking to class, heard a beautiful song, looked around, saw the source... or was it? obviously a windchime, but the sound came from a contraption farther away on the ground. an amplifier? on sf state campus... anyone know how it works?
A crafty friend of mine made this for me .. it fits perfectly in the new portion of the garden that I am re-shaping and adding some unusual accent pieces.
