Back when I was 18. These photos were all taken a week before open day, when Richard and I were tasked with setting up video chat over our LAN, so that we could say that we could video chat to foreign countries as part of our language lessons.
The problem was that the USB webcam wouldn't run on NT4 (What our computers had, except for the ones in the 4th computer room, which were still on Windows 3.11) So we ended up putting Win98 on two computers.
Having told everyone that they were used regularly during the open day, we never saw the webcams again.
