I had a mixture of a white walker and a Wiccan in mind, but since you only see warriors in the novels and in the series, this remains entirely up to my imagination.
I know the title is old and a bit chipped for some but it fit perfectly because it inspired me when I saw Kaorinette's set for the last round of Epiphany.
For some it may seem a little late that I'm only now staging the breathtaking set of Curless, but I wanted to get my idea out of my head onto the virtual paper. The appliques from my friend DeadBoyInk helped me with that and a little magical flair of plastic.

We pack a bag or two for our daily journey, and dance--through earphones--to the beats of different drummers, however measured or far away.
Another of the "White Walker" series, in which I fame and focus while waiting for the light, and then snap the shutter at the moment the walker turns white--or, if I'm in Europe, green. Sometimes the subjects notice and react, but not usually with as much enthusiasm as the lady here at center left.

The constraints of location & timing in this series--from curb to curb at the moment the White Walker appears--tend toward cluttered images. Sometimes the urban geometry provides a structure of light, shadow, and line. Even so, the hints of human stories left untold are probably the most interesting element.

Another in the White Walker Project, in which I press the shutter when the light changes to “walk.” In the US the walker is white, here it’s green, but the cue is the same. The project name predates Game of Thrones, and the pedestrians have various hues.
The geotag is approximate, since the X-T5 picks up location from my phone, but not continuously. Happy Mono Monday!

An icy cold day in Mount Macedon, when suddenly a Whitewalker appeared.
Battling for humanity, we fought in the treacherous conditions in the dark, misty forest. Slaying him with dragonglass, I emerged victorious.
