White Sands National Park is an American national park located in the state of New Mexico and completely surrounded by the White Sands Missile Range. The park covers 145,762 acres in the Tularosa Basin, including the southern 41% of a 275 sq mi field of white sand dunes composed of gypsum crystals.
Seamans Beach, Jervis Bay, a panorama stitched together from 12 shots taken with a wide angle lens.
Jervis Bay is renowned for its white sand beaches. Seamans Beach is probably the most famous. It is about 2 km long. At its northern end, is the village of Hyams Beach and at its southern end is HMAS Creswell, training college for the Royal Australian Navy.
On the day the photo was taken the water temperature (24-25 deg C) was warmer than the air temperature.
Taken with my new camera which I primarily got to take macros but the macro lens has not arrived.

A quick day trip to this park, unfortunately there weren't any clouds to highlight the sky at sunset
Worked all day yesterday but managed to get done just in time for a late beach stroll. And got this.
Just messing about. I dropped the shutter speed right down and panned the camera across the beach from left to right.... seems to have come out OK.
