White Sands National Park is an American national park located in the state of New Mexico and completely surrounded by the White Sands Missile Range. The park covers 145,762 acres in the Tularosa Basin, including the southern 41% of a 275 sq mi field of white sand dunes composed of gypsum crystals.

Worked all day yesterday but managed to get done just in time for a late beach stroll. And got this.

Just messing about. I dropped the shutter speed right down and panned the camera across the beach from left to right.... seems to have come out OK.

I do not get many beach shots! Smile. Took this one in Pensacola, FL at our family reunion a couple weeks ago. Love their white sugary sand!
